Everything you see here at Pink Bobbins is handmade, and mostly made to order. This means that your item(s) will not always be dispatched immediately after ordering. Waiting times vary, but the usual time to wait before we start sewing your order is approximately 2-4 weeks. Your order and payment puts you in line for sewing; unfortunately due to the volume of orders we receive, we simply cannot sew all orders straight away. How quickly your order moves up the line depends on the nature of orders ahead of you. You're very welcome to enquire about this if time is of the essence.
We recommend that if you do require your item sooner than 2-3 weeks, you contact us prior to ordering to check the current lead time.
Similarly, if you require your item by a specific date (e.g. for a birthday) that is more than 2-3 weeks away and you haven't already contacted us, please make a note of this upon checkout to ensure that we will meet that target.
To make things easy and as affordable as possible, we have a flat rate of just £2.00 for each order, for second class postage. No matter how little or much you buy! This applies to the UK only. You are welcome to upgrade to first class on checkout; this is £2.50.

Any orders to be delivered internationally (outside of the UK) and where you do not choose a shipping upgrade, will be sent as standard mail. This is not tracked and will be your responsibility should it not arrive (I can provide proof of postage). Please choose a tracked shipping upgrade option to cover this if you wish.
UK orders - please contact me if your order has not arrived ten days after the confirmed shipping date.
We accept online payments only. We accept payments using Paypal, Credit and Debit Card. Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been cleared. We require full payment before any items are made. Your payment puts you in the queue for your item(s) to be made; everything is made in payment order.
Only one code can be accepted on any order. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the appropriate code at the time of purchase, as failure to use the available codes cannot be rectified after the purchase has been completed. Because of this, you are very welcome to contact us prior to ordering if you have a problem with a code.
As you may be aware, the appearance of colours can vary between computers/devices. We try to describe and represent colours as accurately as possible. Please do contact us in advance if you need a specific colour match or are concerned about the shade, as we cannot be held responsible for colour discrepancies.
We often accept custom orders; just ask. This is easier to place via our Facebook page, so if you are on Facebook please do browse our photo album called Fabric Choices, that shows all our available fabrics.
We will provide full refunds on items that are faulty - however we do check every item before packaging and posting, so faults would be very unusual. That said, we are only human! Please contact us if you have any problems.
You may return items within 14 days if you change your mind etc. You will receive a refund (we do not refund postage for neither the initial sale nor the return cost).
Items exempt from any returns policy are any in the 'seconds' category. These are clearly marked as seconds; they have a minor fault and you knowingly agree to purchase these as seen.
